مرور نظری ارتباط فرسودگی تحصیلی، هوش معنوی و تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی

چکیده

زمینه: فراگیران در حین تحصیل با استرس‌ها و فشارهایی روبه‌رو می‌شوند که گاهی باعث نگرش و احساس منفی نسبت به درس و محیط تحصیل و در نهایت فرسودگی تحصیلی می‌شود. فرسودگی تحصیلی باعث ایجاد احساس خستگی جسمی، هیجانی، بی‌علاقگی و ناکارآمدی تحصیلی و در نهایت افت تحصیلی می‌شود. به همین جهت برای داشتن یک نظام آموزشی اثربخش، باید به وضعیت روانی و تحصیلی فراگیران و کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی در آن‌ها توجه داشت.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تعاریف و مبانی نظری سه متغیر فرسودگی تحصیلی، هوش معنوی و تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی و ارتباط نظری و پژوهشی این سه متغیر با یکدیگر صورت پذیرفت. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌صورت بررسی، مطالعه و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پایان‌نامه‌های در دسترس و مرتبط و پژوهش‌های شش اخیر ایران  و خارج با جستجو کلیدواژه‌های فرسودگی تحصیلی، تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی و هوش معنوی  به فارسی و انگلیسی در مجلات پایگاه‌های معتبر صورت پذیرفت.
روش: روش پژوهش به‌صورت مروری نظری بر پایان‌نامه‌های مرتبط و در دسترس در مورد تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی، هوش معنوی و فرسودگی تحصیلی و پژوهش‌های شش سال اخیر انجام شده در مورد این متغیرها و ارتباط آن‌ها با یکدیگر صورت پذیرفت. پس از محدودسازی جست‌و‌جو با واژگان فراگیران، دانش‌آموزان و مقالات علمی مصوب حدود 600 پایان‌نامه و پژوهش به‌دست‌آمد که بعد از بررسی و مطالعه چکیده و متن آن‌ها، 32 پژوهش و پایان‌نامه جامع‌ و جدیدتر انتخاب و برای انجام پژوهش حاضر به‌کار برده شد.
یافته‌ها: پس از بررسی به این نتیجه دست یافتیم که مبانی نظری و پژوهشی فرسودگی تحصیلی با تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی، فرسودگی تحصیلی با هوش معنوی و هوش معنوی با تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی ارتباط دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده، می‌توان با آموزش و افزایش مهارت تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی و هوش معنوی فراگیران باعث پیشرفت تحصیلی و کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی آنان گردید.

چکیده [English]

Background: Learners face stress and pressure while studying, which sometimes causes negative attitudes and feelings towards the course and study environment, and ultimately academic burnout. Academic burnout causes a feeling of physical and emotional fatigue, apathy and academic inefficiency and ultimately academic failure. For this reason, in order to have an effective educational system, attention should be paid to the psychological and academic condition of learners and to reduce their academic burnout.
Aim: This study was conducted by the theoretical review method with the aim of examining the definitions and theoretical foundations of the three variables of academic burnout, spiritual intelligence and psychological resilience and the theoretical and research relationship of these three variables with each other.
Methods: After limiting the search with the vocabulary of learners, students and approved scientific articles, about 600 theses and researches were obtained, and after examining and studying their abstracts and texts, 32 comprehensive and newer researches and theses were selected and used for the present study. The data collection method was conducted by examining, studying and collecting information from the available and related theses and researches of the last six years in Iran and abroad by searching the keywords of academic burnout, psychological resilience and spiritual intelligence in Farsi and English journals in reliable databases.
Results: After the investigation, we came to the conclusion that the theoretical and research foundations of academic burnout are related to psychological resilience, academic burnout is related to spiritual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence is related to psychological resilience.
Conclusions: According to the obtained findings, it is possible to improve students' academic progress and reduce their academic burnout by training and increasing their psychological resilience skills and spiritual intelligence.
