The covid-19 pandemic led to changes in the whole world, especially in the education system, and these changes created various challenges and opportunities for the education system in the post-corona era. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception of managers regarding the opportunities and challenges of education in the post-corona era. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach and phenomenological design. The research community included all managers of Torbat-Haidarieh city. In order to collect data, a semi-structured qualitative interview was used. The participants were 19 Managers of primary and secondary schools in Torbat-Haidarieh city, who were selected based on purposeful sampling and theoretical saturation. The method of data analysis was inductive content analysis using coding in three levels, open, central and selective. In this way, the open codes were selected first, then the open codes with common meanings were organized together and formed the core codes, and finally, based on the selective coding, they were gathered around the concepts of post-corona education challenges and opportunities. To validate and verify the data, such methods as external supervisor, and members’ examination were sued. Analyzing the views of managers, identifying the opportunities of "teachers and students with high digital competence", "changing the traditional concept of education and learning" and "increasing cooperation and appreciation of parents" and the challenges of "students with low social competence", "rate high dropout and non-attendance at school" and "increasing individual differences of students in the classroom" led. Paying attention to the challenges and opportunities of education in the post-corona period, which have been raised in the current research, and effective planning and measures to examine the challenges and use the opportunities, can increase the efficiency of the classroom, school, and ultimately education. and education will lead and become the basis for the all-round growth and development of learners.
