Publons Registration Guide
Publons Membership and Arbitration Registration Guide
Publons is a service that allows researchers to introduce their refereed articles at the international level and provide the possibility of their tracking and recognition. After registering the referees in the Pablones system, the number of refereed articles will be registered and displayed in this system, separated by the name of the publications. The PDF file of the Pablones system guide can be downloaded (from this link). In addition, the summary of the registration process in this system is as follows, and the esteemed reviewers of the two-quarter journal of qualitative research in behavioral sciences are requested to become members in this system:
- First, register in Pablones: (via this link)
- After registering and entering the information on the personal page, you will become a member of Pavlones and you will be notified of the result via email.
- After completing the membership, it is necessary to enter it in Pablones after judging each article. There are two ways to add referees in Pablones:
- The first way) automatic addition: in some publications, when making a review, you are asked if you want your review to be automatically added to Pablones? In this case, by clicking on the (yes) option in the journal system, the judgment will be automatically transferred to the Pablones system and added.
- Second way) Some publications have not done the automatic process of registration of arbitration in Pablones and this is done manually. The registration is done manually until the administrative work is done for the automatic registration of the referees in Pablones by the biquarterly journal of qualitative research in behavioral sciences. Therefore, the respected referees are requested to forward the text of the email you received as a thank you from the publication for conducting the refereeing to the address reviews@publons.com.
- After receiving the response of Pablones, the completed arbitration will be added to the number of your arbitrations in this system. In this way, the number of verified reviews and the name of the publication are displayed in the system.
